Refund policy

  • All sales from our collection are final and not refundable, exchangeable and any cancellation orders are not allowed once payment is made. However, we accept return and exchange only if:
  • Item is defective or damage upon arrival.
  • Incorrect item was shipped

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

Process of return/exchange should be made within 3 days after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met when submitting your request:

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition with the ASTER original packaging and tags attached.
  • Kindly email us (aster.klofficial@gmail.com) with a subject under "RETURN/EXCHANGE" and provide your purchase receipt or proof of condition/purchase with a valid reason to return in order for us to process your return. 
  • We strictly do not accept any refund or return on clothing that has been worn or used for photoshoot purposes.
  • We strictly do not accept any return that is being refuse by customer and refund request that is being on hold by custom clearance. 
  • We have the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • We accept return only and no Exchange for International purchase.
  • Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons/codes are FINAL and thus not returnable and non-exchangeable.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults/defects:

  1. Colour of item. It may differ from the picture due to studio lighting/exposure/different displays.
  2. Creases on clothing.
  3. Size allowance of +/- 2cm.
  4. Slight transparency with light coloured garments.

 

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns returning back to us. Customers who are interested in a return for a refund must cover the return shipping costs. Aster are not responsible for any lost/stolen return item during postage until received. We have our right to decline any return items and refund request that is not being approved, returned from the receiver address.

To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

  1. Email us at aster.klofficial@gmail.com 
  2. Enter the subject under "RETURN/EXCHANGE" with your Order ID
  3. Name the item(s) and detail of the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Provide a valid reason with proof (if damage/incorrect item) for your return
  5. Once approved, you will be contacted via email and we will process your return once it is received and evaluated.
